TRANSFORMERS CYBERVERSE OMEGA SUPREME

Presenting Omega Supreme from the Transformers Energon series. A friend noticed him standing at the back from a previous entry and asked who he was, so here he is. That’s his motto above which is easy to say when you’re so big. This Omega Supreme stands nearly a foot and a half tall (16 inches) and weighs in at 4.5 lbs making him easily one of the largest transformers cyberverse. Like the G1 Omega Supreme, the Transformers Energon Omega Supreme has the signature visored head – although this one has two horns instead of one. Transformers cyberverse also loses the tri-claw left hand in favor of a two claw hand;  and trades in the right hand cannon in favor of something that looks like it came out of a Macross movie. The biggest difference between the G1 Omega Supreme and the Energon Omega Supreme is the color. Half of this Omega is bright yellow, and the other half is Blue – which is a big clue that screams at you that this Omega splits in half. Like the original G1 Omega, it’s fully articulated and has a few hidden electronics and surprises to boot.

Transformers cyberverse Devastator consists of six smaller construction vehicles: the Constructicons. These detailed vehicles are painted in earthy colors suited for their rough construction jobs. Together, the Constructicons form a complete construction team. There is a bulldozer, a dump truck, an excavator, a scoop loader, a mixer and a crawler crane. They prove to be very maneuverable on a hard surface, able to make hairpin turns easily. However, it should be noted that, unlike their film counterparts, these vehicles do not transform into robots individually.

Challenging Assembly, An Enjoyable

Devastator might be one of the biggest transformers around, but it’s also one of the most difficult to put together. Parents should be aware that the Devastator requires some degree of finesse to assemble — and in some cases, strength. Some of the snapping parts are especially tricky to connect together, and prove difficult to pry apart. The toy is labeled as a Level 4 conversion, so younger children will have difficulty converting the toy by themselves. It took nearly 15 minutes to figure everything out. Still, putting the toy together should provide a constructive challenge for older kids.
