My GWS mini dragonfly won't work with any battery.?

I have tried different batteries and nothing, what could be the problem? Also, I don't have the original remote controller so I'm going to use another one, does anyone know that channel frequency for the helicopter.

Here's the battery - One six sided hexagon battery, 8.4V, 750mAh, NiMH battery pack
